This page mentions all the studios where Countdown has been made since it began. The majority have been produced in either Studio 3 or 4 at the Yorkshire Television site on Kirkstall Road in Leeds, which was sadly mothballed in April 2009, as part of a series of cost-cutting measures by ITV plc.
